About Us

NovaCFO was founded by Dr. Ugur Dahar (CMA, CPB, CPA, ) a retired BBVA Branch Manager.

With over 20 years of leadership in banking, corporate finance, and international accounting, I now lead NovaCFO LLC (Wyoming), and NovaCFO ENI (Lisboa)—a boutique U.S.-PT registered financial consultancy dedicated to serving location-independent professionals across the U.S. and EU.

NovaCFO clients receive independent legal services from Dra. Giovanna Petter Fioretto, a licensed Attorney registered with the Portuguese Bar Association (Ordem dos Advogados). Her legal practice is strictly focused on Portuguese Citizenship, Immigration and Residency, Real Estate Law, Family and Minors Law, Fiscal and Tax Law, as well as Legal and Business Planning consultancy.

NovaCFO clients receive accounting services from independent Contabilista Certificado Valter Pereira, who is a licensed accountant registered with the Portuguese Association of Certified Accountants (OCC) and a visionary entrepreneur. He is on a mission to break traditional mold of accounting. Valter doesn't just manage taxes or handle basic bookkeeping; he serves as a strategic growth partner for his clients.
